Alright. So I have a Visa Gift card (with approximatly $27.11 left on it) and I am making an attempt to purchase something online for $20 (with an additional fee adding up to approximatly $22.03). Now I should have more than enough money to purchase the item, however my card keeps on getting declined. I've purchased items with gift cards in the past whilst using PayPal, so I'm sure my card should work. Alright, so I have a Visa gift card, and I decided to purchase something online for a total of $26.80 (the original price was $24, but a fee was added). Now on my Visa gift card, I have about $27.11 left on it. I attempted to purchase that item, however my card got declined, however I still have enough money in that card.
