Getting message "sellers paypal account is unable to accept Your payment at this time"
Has anyone in countered this problem?
No it is not the same seller.
Yep, now I am having that problem too. Just started this morning when I went to pay. I already contacted PayPal via email.
Now we just wait and see.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
