Euros and USD Question

I have someone wanting to purchase a product from me, except that they can only pay using Euros and i use USD. 

I tried looking for some ways to approach this, but I don't know which way is right. Who has to convert the euros and how do they do it?

I'm thinking I have to open a new currency under euros, accept his, and convert that amount so that it goes into my USD, but I dunno if that'll backfire on me with any fees or whatnot.

Why can they only pay in euros??

I am a buyer and buyers can pay in any currency, they just go to send money > goods > imput your email addy > select your currency of USD from the drop down list and then before they click submit paypal tells them how much in euros will be debited from their funding source.
