Error when trying to purchase

I receive this when I try to buy from Virtual-Advantage.com ( 10.95$ ) even I have 11.70 $ on my account. What is wrong? I do not even have credit cards on my account. This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information. That is the error.

Without being able to look at your account it is hard to say what would be causing this error. You mentioned you don't have any credit cards linked to the account. It may help to add a funding source and verify your account, even though you have the funds in your balance to complete the purchase.
