Yes, but apparently it is not being recognized. It is asking for a verification, her license, a utility bill. Yet when she tries to send them, it says the file is too big. She isn't savvy enough to make it smaller and we are both tired of trying this. I will send her a money order tomorrow. Thank you for trying.
Good to know the root cause, although not good for her. PayPal will ask for additional proof of ID sometimes. It's part of the verification process. If you can't verifiy your account, issues like this come up.
