I was told by ebay funds would be placed into my paypal account on the fourth, well its the 5th now and i have not yet recieved my money from ebay. However seller has had item for days. Where is my money?
Are you talking about eBay refund ? If, then does your ebay purchase shows that your money has been returned back ? If so, then it will take around 7 days to appear the refund in your paypal, you need to be patient.
