Duplicate emails "We're transferring money from PayPal to your bank" 24 hours apart

Lately, each time I transfer money to my checking account from my Paypal balance, I get the initial email soon after, then a duplicate email almost exactly 24 hours later.

 

Can anyone advise?

 

Also, when posting here, at the bottom of the form, above cancel/submit and the checkbox "Email me when someone replies to my post", "*Location" is useless.  Nothing on the page refers to this.  Why is it there?  There's no text input or anything, just "*Location".  FF 27.0.1.

For your duplicate email issue, suggest that you open a Tech Support Ticket here:

You have to first setup an account, then you can submit and track your question.

 

 

As for your second question, not really sure as you're seeing something different from us, possible some hidden page info, etc.  You should see in the Attachments section a "Tags" input box, below that, a "Checkbox" for email replies, then to the right a "Cancel" and "Submit" button.

 

You may want to try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history. Then close the browser, reopen it and retry.  Another option would be try a different web browser.

Thanks for the reply.  I will wait it out and see if the email issue resolves.  I wanted to post here in case other people are having the same issue.  I don't want to waste time submitting a ticket to receive a "canned" answer.

 

The issue I am referring to with the "*Location" is the same in both FF 27.0.1 and Chrome 33.0.1750.154 m.

As not all of us are having the same issue, you could help others who may have experienced this problem.  Why would you not want to document your issue with Tech Support and share with others?

Yes.  Having same duplicate email issue.  I receive the first email soon after transferring the money to the bank.  Then 24 hours later, I get a duplicate email.

 

I submitted a ticket.

Dare I ask if they responded with anything but "we're unaware of any issue(s) ..." ?

 

From my experience with PP, even calling them does zero.  They always deny there are issues, and they always resolve without any follow up by them.

 

I do appreciate PP, don't get me wrong, I just don't like wasting time (like I did trying to explain the "location" issue when posting a thread).
