Paypal prepaid and huntington natl bank issue

I am using the routing # and account info to link my Huntington checking account to my Paypal prepaid debit cart so I can easily add funds to it. When I try to set up the "linked" account, Huntington's website tells me the routing number is invalid. Any advice? ... View more

I think they make it hard to find so people simply give up for now, then forget until next time they're bank account is hit.   Outside of Paypal NOT burying this option, or any other option that people cannot find (try figuring out setting up and using a sandbox account), at the VERY least the transaction that happens in your activity should have a link to "more info" which would have access to the balance manager.  OR use add a top nav link to "Balance Manager", or place a link in the footer for "Balance Manager", or place a link in the left column for "Balance Manager.   Why does paypal do these sort of things?  Then some people praise them for finally giving them the hidden path to finding these things?  When there shouldn't be a ton of people asking the same thing:  WHERE IS BALANCE MANAGER.  Stupid is as paypal does. ... Thanks for the reply.   Once the transaction for $6.45 was no longer "pending" I was able to see it was from Netflix, and my PP balance was $0, so that explains it.   This $6.45 xfer came at the same time as the $100 added to my checking account and looked funny.  I also had an issue with Mastercard shutting off my banks debit card at the same time as well.  I thought the sky was falling.   For these types of transactions, it would be nice to have a * next to the transaction alerting that the payment was split between PP balance and backup funding source.  I had to look for the transaction in my bank, then look for it in PP, then click on it to see the information.   Thanks. ... I sent $100 from my checking account to Paypal so I could use my PP debit card for a couple things.   Today the $100 transaction showed up in my "recent activity" in my checking account as and ACH transaction, and "PAYPAL TRANSFER".   There was also a $6.45 charge that showed ACH transaction and "PAYPAL INST XFER"  This isn't a purchase I made for $6.45.   What is the $6.45 charge for?  I sure hope this isn't a fee to add money to my PP account.   The $100 isn't showing in my PP account either.  So I can't spend the money with my bank card, or my PP card. ... Thanks for posting.   Dare I ask if they responded with anything but "we're unaware of any issue(s) ..." ?   From my experience with PP, even calling them does zero.  They always deny there are issues, and they always resolve without any follow up by them.   I do appreciate PP, don't get me wrong, I just don't like wasting time (like I did trying to explain the "location" issue when posting a thread). ... Lately, each time I transfer money to my checking account from my Paypal balance, I get the initial email soon after, then a duplicate email almost exactly 24 hours later.   Can anyone advise?   Also, when posting here, at the bottom of the form, above cancel/submit and the checkbox "Email me when someone replies to my post", "*Location" is useless.  Nothing on the page refers to this.  Why is it there?  There's no text input or anything, just "*Location".  FF 27.0.1. ... Same here.  Tried two different checks from two different companies.   I use this feature maybe 1-2 times a month and it seems each month I always have a problem.   So add these extra days to the already long period of time it takes for these to clear and post to the account. ... View more
