Customers don't get charged shipping fee

We recently changed to a new company website.

In the last few days orders from our customers in the website do not include the shippment fee, which should be automatic.

Is it a problem with PayPal or is it a problem with our new website?

Most likely a problem with your ecommerce web site.  That should be the first place to check.
