Couldn't withdraw money to my credit card !

Hi

Since yesterday, I am trying to withdraw money to my credit card but it always says:

 

We're sorry. There's been an intermittent communication problem. Please try again later.

 

This is the first time I face that kind of problem, I used to do the same transaction without any problems, but this time I don't really know what's it the problem.
