I'm new to PayPal, but not to eBay. I purchased an item that needed to be paid for through PayPal so I made an account. After I made an account, I put in my credit card number and PayPal account on eBay. The transaction went through on my bank statement, but it is saying on eBay that the "payment [is] pending", and on PayPal that the transaction is "unclaimed". This wouldn't be a problem, if it hadn't been like this for about a week and a half. Anyone have suggestions for what steps I should take? Thank you!
Note: I hadn't registered my bank account with my routing number and all until after I made the transaction; is that an issue?
Another note: I've heard about needing an email address for eBay transactions through PayPal, is that true?
