Hi folks.
I recently bought an item off eBay at a total cost of £25 GBP. This payment was taken on 11/02/2016.
Today, I received a payment from a family member for £158 GBP. However, £25 GBP has been deducted from this payment for the same transaction that was paid on 11/02/2016.
Does anyone have a clue why this has happened and what I should do to get the £25 GBP back?
Cheers.
Andy.

How did you pay for the the item in November? What was your PayPal balance after the payment.
How do you know the current 25 was for the Novmeber purchase.
You need to call PayPal and talk to a customer service person where there are sepcific issues with your account. This is a public user forum, not PayPa customer service

November is the second month of the year after a few beers and the world starts going backwards. 🙂
