So, I have a friend of mine that wants to gift me 150$ through paypal, and he's going to send me the money from his Paypal Balance (it says his paypal balance is 200$) and I'm wondering, can he chargeback a gift made with paypal funds?
I just want to be safe.
And how can paypal get money from me if he I spend the money he gifts me and then he charges back? I don't have any bank account/credit card associated with my paypal account.
