Changing Paypal Country

Hallo

Now i live in Thailand.

I'm selling on eBay too.

I have added my bank debit card to my paypal account.

I'm going to live in Philippines for sometime.

I want to open paypal for Philippines.

I tried to close my Paypal Thailand account. It says can't.

1) Can I open another paypal account in Philippines?

2) Is it legal according to paypal rules?

3) Can i add my Thailand debit card (now using) to my new Philippines paypal account?
4) Can i receive ebay payments to Philippines account?

You should be able to open a Philippines PayPal account after moving to the Philippines.  I don't think you'll be able to add your Thailand debit card to your Philippines PayPal account.

You should be able to receive eBay payments to either PayPal account.

Hello dears.

Im from Georgia  . When I created my Paypal acount, there was no   Paypal in Georgia, so  I indicated country Cyprus.  And I  used my account succesfully for  years.  Now, It asked me to  add  card,  and when I adding  my mastercard, it says " Information is not complete or  incorrest". U suspect  my country name is a reason.

What can I do?  I cannot change country, and cannot add card. So, if I  will close my account to create then new with correct  country name ( Georgia) ,  what will happend with the money which is on my current acocunt?
