Cant pay?

Hello

 So, i've finally got some money from helping others on the internet, and i really wanted to buy a game, so when i try to buy the game it tells me to put in my bank account, but i dont have any... I've got the funds in my paypal but i cant pay witouth that popping up.. Can someone help me?

You can't use funds in your paypal account balance unless you have a back up card / bank account linked to your paypal account as well.

Thats not true, i've been paying witouth card pretty **bleep** many times, but is it new or something? Because it's just now..
