Cannot send money to a friend

Hi,

I am trying to send some money to a friend. The instructions I read say that if my account ios linked to my bank\debit card that I can send money right away without waiting 3-5 days forit to transfer. However, when I try to send the money, I am unable to change the amopunt from $0.00. I've been using this paypal account for years. Idont understand what the problem is, they need the money before 4 pm today.

Is your account linked to a bank or a bank debit card?

It might help if you linked it to a checking acocunt AND a credit card account.

Yes, my account is linked to a bank and card. it has been for several years. It is linked to both a credit and debit card.

Is this an international request?

No tis is not an international transaction.

If it seems unique to your account, your best option is to phone PayPal custoemr service so they can look at your account problem.
