I know this is the US PayPal section but since there isn't a Europe/Portugal section, I decided to do it here.
I'm portuguese and recently I got my debit card and I wanted to charge my PayPal account because I want to buy something along with my friend (from other country). When linking my debit card (Visa Electron) to my PayPal account, it asks for the CSC. It's supposed to be 3 numbers on the back of the card next to your signature but I don't have any numbers there. Literally none (well, except my IBAN (NIB in Portugal)). What can I do? Is there even something I can do?
