I am trying to cancel 2 recurring payments. When I go to Profile/My Money/Pre Approved Payments/Update, it does not list the two merchants I am trying to cancel in the recurring payments list! I've checked my linked credit card statement, and they both got paid automatically in March thru my PayPal account. So why don't they show up in the list of recurring payments?

Hi KashIsKing and Galinda, and welcome to the forums!
One reason I can think of that subscriptions or recurring payments would not show there is if they were set up on a different account. Even if you opened a new account subsequently and are using the same email address now as you used then, the history of recurring payments, subscriptions, and billing agreements would no longer be visible.
If this scenario describes your circumstances, you're very likely all set for ending those recurring payments. Closure of your old account will have ended any recurring charges established on that account. You may want to touch base with the merchant to let them know you've canceled.
If the above scenario does not match your circumstances, you may need to contact Customer Service so a representative can take a look and get to the bottom of the missing subscriptions.
I hope this helps! 🙂
