Can a payment be cancelled

I sent a $100 to a friend, only I mistyped her last name, yet used her proper e-mail.

Paypal has her listed as UNVERIFIED.  She does have an account with that e-mail address.

Money has left my account, says complete, yet is not showing up in her account.

How can we find where the $$ went?  How can she verify the account?  

Can I cancel the money sent if it has not been withdrawn?

Help.

if you sent it to the right email then you're good. advise the receipient to confirm her email to she can receive the money. it's ok if her account is unverified as long as the email is confirmed she'll receive the money.

in case you wanna know how to confirm email. she need to go to profile (gear icon beside logout) > click edit beside the email and click confirm email > she'll receive an email to confirm her email address.
