I sold my first item on Ebay January 23rd...a laptop computer. The buyer has had it a full week so far. PayPal will hold my $280 for 21 days, or will allow me to have access to it sooner if the buyer leaves positive feedback. I sold the computer because I'm in serious need of that money ASAP.The buyer has no problems with the computer, but knowing I can't access the money, he prefers to withold his feedback just in case he deicides he's not satisfied. What can I do to have access to my money sooner?

Feedback does not count for payment release so it does not matter when he leaves it.
Read the link, its the UK one but the criteria and timings for release of funds is the same.
