Bill Payment for PAYPAL*GTG ???

Hello! Can somebody kindly explain to me what does it mean?

I was charged AED 266.43 and the message says: Bill Pymt for PAYPAL *GTG of AED 266.43 has been made using Credit Card xxxxx

I have not made any paymet. This Payment is not on the PayPal history, however my credit card was still charged.

Can someone solve this mystery for me please?

You can pay a seller as a guest buyer and then it won't show on your paypal transaction history.

Did you get an email to say you had paid, you should have done even as a guest payer.

If you really did not authorise the payment you can file a dispute for unauthorised use of account via the resolution centre in your paypal account.

Get the guy by Matthew Hussey. If you can find the phone number he does offer a full money back guarantee. He is awesome but I need to cancel because I cant afford his services so if you find the phone number let me know and vice versa

How does one get roped into getting charged by this merchant?  From a seminar?  Be sure to cancel/deactivate the automatic payment/subscription profile for this biller in your settings.
