Why do I get email to warn payment coming out of bank account, when PayPal account in credit?

very new to having credit in PayPal only just starting selling on eBay. Assumed when I buy money would go first from PayPal)

If you mean you have funds coming from your bank account even though you have funds in your paypal balance then do you use pay after delivery?

Yes It shows pay after delivery. Just want to know if they will go to PayPal account first, and only if not enough funds, go to bank account.?

Pay after delivery ONLY works with a bank account, they can't schedule a payment from your paypal balance as there may be no funds there when the payment is due.

If you want to use funds in your balance then you need to turn off PAD.

Finally spoke o PayPal, assured when PayPal in credit money for purchases comes out of there, only if none left they go bank account. Ok now, thanks very much.

Unfortunately some customer services agents are not the brightest and you have been given WRONG info.

Section 11 of there terms and conditions   >>>

• If You select PAD as the payment method, the entire transaction amount will be funded from the primary bank account linked to your PayPal account, even if You have a balance in this PayPal account, except where there are insufficient available funds in the primary bank account. You authorise PayPal to submit an instruction to debit from your primary bank account the amount of the transaction, and to re-submit this instruction if the initial debit is rejected or if insufficient funds are available.

Oh dear, I need to move money out of PayPal to my bank account. That 'ain't easy either!
