Hi. I'm currently having problems withdrawing money from my PayPal account to my bank account. Firstly I confirmed my Scotiabank bank account and withdrawn money on Dec 21 2015, only to be refunded 2 months later on February 19. Then I went on and confirmed my other bank account in Royal Bank of Canada and withdrew $15 to check if it will work, again to be refunded on February 23. I contacted customer service and have been told to manually enter my bank account details to confirm it instead of confirming it with my credit card details. I did that on Feb 23 and have since been waiting for PayPal to transfer two small amounts to the account I added so that I can confirm and transfer the funds. Currently my bank statement shows that I haven't received those small amounts from PayPal either. It has been huge trouble since Dec 21, that I cannot get the funds from PayPal now for than two months. So I hope you can help me with this. I have no idea why PayPal fails to transfer the funds everytime and refuses transferring funds by other means like cheque or cash payment.
