If you are eBay Seller, it is 90 days, $250 USD in sales, and at least 25 transaction, amongst other requirements that they conveniently don't mention. For non-eBay sellers, PayPal does not mention a time limit. Where did you get the 60 days from? Were you told that by a PayPal rep?
Just keep doing what you have been doing: provide clear item descriptions, ship promptly, uploading tracking and respond to buyer inquiries quickly and in a professional manner. In any case, PayPal will inform you when you have been released from the hold program.
