I know I posted this before, but to me its a problem. My account is 95% complete, just adding the card left. Now, I have 14$ in my papal, I just won a bid off of Ebay for $32. The first time I talked about this I placed a bid before I bought something else. I again now have won the bid. I am really frustrated as where ever i go its seems to be a big problem if you go negitive. I have emailed paypals support with no lucknothing but a robot reply, I have thankfully found this help form with live very helpfull humans! I have no idea how to go about this. I try to add money on top of the 14$ but it says their was a problem/error. Someone did mention how I need a card to add money and couldnt add more money than the 14$. Buyer states 3 days for payment and a bank transfer takes 5. If i pay him with the 14$ what will happen to the rest?

If you don't have a credit card or debit card linked to your PayPal account, PayPal may leave your $14.00 PayPal balance and take the entire $32.00 from your linked bank account... it would be an eCheck payment which takes 3-5 business days to clear.
If you linked a credit card or debit card to your PayPal account, your bank account funded payments would be instant payments.

You don't need to add funds to your PayPal account. Just go to your eBay purchase history page and pay for the item you won... PayPal will use the $14.00 you have in your PayPal account and take the rest from your linked bank account.

Ok thats some news I wanted to hear. Paypal finaly got back and still wont work, my understanding is you cant add funds to already existing funds in your bank account. I am much more relaxed knowing I am not going to get penilized.
