Adding another credit card to my account

I am trying to add a new MasterCard credit card to my account, and it tells me that the card number is incorrect or incomplete. And it's not. And I've tried for several times. What can I do?

Call customer support, they should be able to help you out.

Make sure you entered the correct 16 digits, !!
