How do I add a debit master card if It wont let me ? It says that I need to go to the resolution center and add my id. SSN . Etc. Is their a way of vertifying its me without all that?
Unfortunately not. Account verification is a legal requirement - in addition to linking a confirming a bank account, PayPal can request a Photo ID (normally a driver's license), an SSN, ITIN and/or EIN (for businesses) and a copy of a recent Utility Bill that shows your physical street address.
