I went to withdraw some money to transfer over to my debit card not remembering that I've recently stopped the card. The money I have withdrawn from paypal didn't go through to my old card (I have a new debit card now) and I would have thought that the money would've bounced back into my paypal account? Not sure if I should inform paypal or take this matter to my bank branch ..
The process has already been "complete". The money is now just lost somewhere - not in my bank account nor is it in my paypal account. This is ridiculous ..
Contact your bank, they should be able to help. We had an issue with a credit card one time, had to get a new card but, still had credit coming on an old card. The bank fixed it.
