About my dispute case and how do i know about fraud Seller

Hello dear all paypal user 

please help , how do i know when making transaction by paypal  , is it 100% safe or not.

Recently i opened 3 dispute case with 1 seller.

But Seller send to a FAKE tracking information which is not mach with date and time , what i have purchase from him.

paypal also send mail after that and says they receive tracking information from seller , but they did not confirm yet.

I send message to paypal with all proof and screenshot images . i proof there how that tracking information is fake . 

And case is now paypal review.

DID I GET MY MONEY BACK AND CASE WILL IN MY SIDE ??

I would be happy to address your concerns today!

From your description, it sounds like your disputes are still being reviewed by PayPal. Please know that during this review process, PayPal will attempt to validate the tracking information supplied to us. If we are unable to determine that this item was delivered to the shipping address supplied to the seller during checkout, we will award the case to the buyer (you, in this case).

If the seller is able to provide us with valid tracking information that shows that this item was delivered to you (at the address supplied during checkout), then the case would be awarded to the seller.
