I am a programmer and get money for writing programs of a gaming community, I recevied 20 euros today and payment is in pending balance. I read that for instant payment I have to be a established seller.
I recevied a email from payapl that I have received my payment and I should keep paypal updated about transaction by providing tracker number, but I write programmes and receive money for that so what should I do to get my payment so tath I can withdraw it to my bank. No dispute has been opened and the person to send me payment is verified paypal user and I am a verfied user too.
So should I just wait cuz I cant provide any tracker number since I am not selling any goods, i am getting payment for m program,
Or
I should send a email to paypal telling this?
