PayPal Community

I am a programmer and get money for writing programs of a gaming community, I recevied 20 euros today and payment is in pending balance. I read that for instant payment I have to be a established seller.   I recevied a email from payapl that I have received my payment and I should keep paypal updated about transaction by providing tracker number, but I write programmes and receive money for that so what should I do to get my payment so tath I can withdraw it to my bank. No dispute has been opened and the person to send me payment is verified paypal user and I am a verfied user too.   So should I just wait cuz I cant provide any tracker number since I am not selling any goods, i am getting payment for m program, Or I should send a email to paypal telling this?       ... I am a programer(aka scripter) in SAMP gaming comunity and sometimes receive money for it. I am under 18 that is why I use my mother name of paypal. So i got a 2$ payment(my first payment) from Pakistan, I live in India. And they put my payment on hold... I received a email saying that I should not send the goods until they investigate and if i have then give them the shipment transaction id something like that..... but I am not receving payment for a good its for a program i writed.. I clicked on reslove issues and submited my response and even gave program link for which i am gettting payment. but its been 4days since I have responded, so how long more..? And what investegation will do in this programming thing..?
