A few question, about sending money..

Hello guys,

I have some question,

First, I wanted to send payment as a Gift, but I cannot find any Gift or  "Send to family and friend" option in my payment page.

My second question is, I have balance in my account, but Paypal keep charging my credit card, instead of my pp balance. But my balance is not in USD, it's in local currency, I already try to swap the primary currency between USD and MYR, but it still charge from my card.

And why cant I convert my currency to USD? There's nothing under the 'From' dropdown option

What country do you reside in?

Not all countries have the same PayPal features.  This is due to the individual countries' banking rules and regulations.  (Some countries limit the features that PayPal can provide.)
