Hello guys, I have some question, First, I wanted to send payment as a Gift, but I cannot find any Gift or "Send to family and friend" option in my payment page. Here's the screenshot, http://i.imgur.com/vApDul9.png http://i.imgur.com/xytB9MN.png My second question is, I have balance in my account, but Paypal keep charging my credit card, instead of my pp balance. But my balance is not in USD, it's in local currency, I already try to swap the primary currency between USD and MYR, but it still charge from my card. And why cant I convert my currency to USD?
