A buy limit from paypal on ebay?

I can seem to buy anything around $100 dollars but cannot pay for something that is $330 through paypal?  Paypal is selected as payment option when buying something around $100 but anything over gives :

We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details.

This also applies to the SAME seller.  If I buy 1($100) the payment would go through but either through increased quantity or in my case accepted best offer($330) I get the message.  What is going on?  I have a $12,000 credit limit with 0 balance on it.

If you are referring to PayPal Credit, then the issue is likely that the seller does not accept PayPal Credit as payment.

It would probably accept a credit card as payment.

Sorry, meant credit line on my credit card, not paypal's.  As I mentioned before I can buy things around $100 without getting the error from the same seller but I get the error if I try to pay the best offer acceptance($330)

It may be a problem with eBay best offer pricing with some limits.  Or it might be a security/fraud check with your credit card.

Credit card was called to confirm that no holds or preventions were on the card linked with paypal/ebay yesterday and CC on file's information is correct and confirmed.

Then it may be an eBay issue or PayPal.  You would probably need to contact PayPal if PayPal has the limit for some strange reason.
