unknown charge to paypal msp

I found out that an unknown charged 252.51 CAD without any reasons on my debit card which is linked with PayPal. it showed that it is charge to PayPal MSP. However I cant see the charged in my PayPal account. I can only see it from the app of my bank. I call my bank.they say i have to call paypal. I call paypal they say they cant see the charged. WHY?
