Try this:
1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click 'SUMMARY' at the top menu bar 3. Under 'Selling Tools', click 'Seller preferences' 4. Under 'Shipping my items' click 'Shipping preferences' 5. Under 'Default Shipping Carrier' select your preference. 6. Click 'Save'.
