Im tired of receiving these scam emails from paypal. like this $40 off bestbuy when you use paypal. I tried to use it and they said they'll maybe send me the $40 off in 2 months and only if they feel like. I dont want to receive anymore of these scam fake coupon emails from paypal, how do you disable it?
Wrong. In my settings I have "News and Promotions" unchecked and have had it unchecked for years, yet I still continue to receive these spam emails. For example just today I received "Hello , have you used your $10 offer for LuckyVitamin.com?" from paypal at e dot paypal dot com. I'm sure nobody has an answer to this because the real answer is that the idiots at Paypal simply enjoy sending spam to their customers.
If you have already turned off all notifications and you continue to receive them after 30 days you many want to contact Customer Support either by phone or email. Additionally, you can use the social media options: via Twitter at @AskPayPal, or by sending a private message on Facebook for specific information about your PayPal account.
