Hi, i just found out i was eligible for a refund for a digital good i bouth last month, because it wasn't as advertised, but the problem is in order to get a refund, i have to shipp it back providing a tracking number to an address, it only give sme 2 options, : cancel claim or provide tracking number, how do i do this? thank you (i tried calling paypal but the self serve call center sends me like a ping pong ball trough many options
