Recourse for delayed install of product revealed to be inoperable 8 months after purchase?

On July 6, 2017, we purchased a faucet from elite-market. Our new bathroom construction was delayed some months and at end of January, a professional installed it saying it will never work and would always leak given its construction. On Feb 2, 2018, again on March 18, 2018, and again on March 23, 2018, we wrote Elite-Market and received no response asking for a return on the defective inoperable faucet.

 

Can I get help from eBay? From PayPal? I cannot find anywhere on site to contact them and I see no record of my "contact seller" letters.

 I note that the price we paid was $118.00 and a few days ago I saw Elite-market selling it for over $300 which made me wonder if they sold us a cheap lemon.  Today to find the exact current price i looked but could not find our Rozin Chrome single Lever Bathroom Basin faucet offered by Eilte-Market.
