I made a purchase on Ebay and paid with it using my VISA that is linked to my PayPal account. The transaction on my PayPal account also states that it was paid by the account ending with my VISA number.
However, PayPal took the money from my Bank account! On the same day, PayPal made an adjustment and put the money back. But as a result, I suffered a $45 NSF change on my bank account!
I am having a similar problem trying to buy shipping labels. PayPal allows me to select my credit card (which is verified and attached to my PayPal account) but then it withdraws the money from my bank account. Frustrating! I hope you get your problem solved!
