Who regulates paypal and how do I get my refund???

Hello,

I have been waiting since Feb 10th for my refund and have been promised multiple times that it would be in my account on certain dates. It seems that no one regulates paypal and I don't knwo who to go to next as they are obviously not interested in refunding my money!! It's been over 8 business days - I was told two different timeframes 5-7 days and then 6-8 days btw.

I am at a loss and I need my money. I don't know who to talk to... 😞

Without some actual info on the refund / funding sources and what it says in your paypal account we can't advise.

For who regulates paypal go to legal agreements bottom of paypal pages > user agreement.
