I used to send alot of money using balance and it was fine, until I removed a prepaid creditcard attached to my account that had 0 dollars.. now it is saying I NEED to add a Credit Card to send money.. Why is this, I am wanting to send money from my balance so I should not need a Credit Card, please help me.
