Refunds

I am after getting a few refunds due to issues with items I ordered and when I look up the dates of the refunds says it was completed, but after checking my bank statements and the money did not go back into my bank account and 3 refunds are back from June 6/15.  I am wondering what happened to my refunded money if it's not in my paypal account and didn't go back to my bank account.  Please help.

Hi Loveshopping

Have u bought anything since the refunds as ppal will use those funds to pay for those items

Click on your latest purchases and see how they were paid for

If u paid by card the refunds will go back there

If u paid with your bank acc the refunds will go back to your ppal balance
