Paypal balance options

Hello, how do I set my paypal account to allow my payments to be paid with my balance instead of coming straight out of my bank account? I have a balance right now but everytime I try to pay from a site it takes the money out of my account instead of the balance? I just want to know how to set my account so that if I have a balance paypal with use that first instead of my bank account.

Do you use pay after delivery at all?
