So, to the main problem, I have been charge for 3 times to active my credit card!
That's mean my visa card account was charged by 1.95$ for 3 times! (almost 6$), after that, i had to pay 1$ for google*services after the charges for the "wtf i don't know what is it"!?
1 day went and I didn't know if my money (~6$ and 1$) would come back to my visa as your promise to charge it back, and if it does, when will it be back to me?
