Can any one tell me why PayPal can take twice for the same item and then another small amount.
I keep trying to have money sent back to my bank, It keeps telling me I don't have it. Wioth all the money plus the money I put in One would think that $700 would be enought to get some back. But no. It simply does not show up in my account, However by bank showes PayPal has taken it out.. HELP
