I have cleared funds in my PayPal account, however PayPal have taken money out of my bank account to pay for a purchase instead. Anyone know why? Or how I can change this? Thanks in advance
As pay after delivery is a scheduled payment it can only come from your bank account.
So to use the funds in your paypal balance turn off PAD before you pay for an item.
Personally i never use PAD as it gives you no more buyer protection, i prefer to fund my paypal payments via a card to give me more protection but of course that is just my personal opinion.
