Lost password, won't recognize my ID

Hi,

I'm trying to find my password, I made an account years ago and have since changed country twice therefore phone #, credit cards # and ID cards.

I still have access to my email but it doesn't seem to be enough to confirm my identity.

Is there any way to recover the password or cancel the account?

 

I had to make this current account only to be able to post this.
