Identify confirmation

I have a drivers license and other forums to confirm who I am, but I dont have any of the forums or documents that PayPal is requesting. What do I do? I have more money on my PayPal then my bank and I cannot access it without confirmation of who I am.. Thank you for your time.

You can either provide the documents and get your account unlimited or if you don't it stays limited. Thats about the nub of it really.
