How can I view a pending transaction. I want to edit my banking info but cannot due to a "PENDING TRANSACTION". I have not recently used PayPal and would like to see what is going on.
See if anything in here is linked to that bank account for payment >>
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
